CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On September 22, the newly completed Duliang Grand Theatre in Liangping District shone like a gleaming pearl beside Shuanggui Lake, drawing crowds of residents and visitors to admire its striking night presence.

The recently-finished complex — a comprehensive cultural hub integrating a grand theater, cultural center, and intangible cultural heritage exhibition space—represents a 340-million-yuan investment spanning 40.3 mu.
