CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The vessel is Chongqing’s first LNG (liquefied natural gas) river-sea direct ship which is 130m in length, 16.2m in beam, and 8.85m in depth, with a carrying capacity of 10,000t. Powered solely by LNG, it meets advanced international environmental standards. The launch of this route establishes seamless river-to-sea connectivity, significantly improving logistics efficiency between Southwest China and coastal ports while reducing transshipment costs, marking a new breakthrough in shipbuilding of Fuling District and the entire southwestern region.
